Dear Colleagues of the General Insurance Fraternity,
A.S.I.A First Anniversary Celebration
The Association is now one year old and will be holding its Anniversary Celebration with a Gala Dinner at the Neptune Theatre Restaurant at Collyer Quay on Friday 30th December 2005.
The theme for the celebration is “Awareness and Rapport”. As implied, our hope is create a greater awareness of our Association within the General Insurance fraternity and to establish a closer rapport with the various factions which make up the General Insurance Industry.
Recently, the Association presented to GIA the views and opinions of our Members on the Agency Framework and we have reason to be optimistic that, as a consequence, there could be some amendments made to the Framework which will be of benefit to all General Insurance Agents.
The Association is still very much in its infancy and, if we are to lay down a truly solid foundation for the future, it is imperative that we garner as much encouragement and support as possible from prospective Members such as yourself or your esteemed Agency.
Towards this end, I have great pleasure extending an invitation to you or your esteemed Agency to join us in the joyous occasion of the 1 st Anniversary Dinner Celebration of A.S.I.A.
I am happy to provide a complimentary ticket. However, you may wish to join in the move for solidarity and support by becoming a Member of the Association. If so, the cost of a ticket is $150.00 which is inclusive of a one-year subscription to the Association. Additional tickets, solely for the dinner, can be purchased at $100 each.
It would be very much appreciated if you could kindly complete the relevant form attached and return it to the Association not later than 23rd December 2005 to enable me to specifically reserve your seat for the dinner.
Our other invitees are the Principal Officers, Management and staff of the Insurance Companies, Institutions of Learning, Loss Adjusters, Lawyers and Motor Workshops all of whom are very much part of the General Insurance Fraternity.
I do sincerely hope you will take your rightful place within the General Insurance Fraternity by rejoicing with us all at the Anniversary Dinner. Most certainly, another voice, to add to ours, would be very welcome.
With the festivities just around the corner, I take this opportunity to wish you “Merry Christmas and a Prosperous, Healthy and Happy 2006.”
